We are thrilled to welcome our keynote speaker, Professor Hatem Bazian, from the Berkeley Center of Race and Gender, to our 28th Annual Banquet. Professor Bazian is a highly respected scholar and activist whose work focuses on issues of race, religion, and social justice. He has been at the forefront of many important initiatives and campaigns, including efforts to combat Islamophobia and promote interfaith dialogue and understanding. During his lecture, Professor Bazian will share his insights and expertise on some of the most pressing issues facing our community and the world today.

His powerful and moving work explores themes of identity, history, and social justice, and has earned him a global following. Omar's ability to blend traditional Arabic music with modern hip-hop beats, and his advocacy for social justice and human rights, make him a truly unique and inspiring voice.
