JOIN OUR TEAM OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS
Our event wouldn't be possible without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to play an important role in ensuring that the evening runs smoothly and that our guests have a wonderful experience. Whether you're looking to give back to your community, connect with others, or gain valuable event experience, we welcome you to join our team. We have a variety of volunteer roles available, from event setup and registration to food service and cleanup. No matter your background or skill level, we appreciate your willingness to help and are excited to work with you.
Event Setup: Help with table and chair setup, decorations, and signage
Registration: Greet guests, check them in, and distribute name tags
Ushering: Help guests find their seats and provide direction throughout the evening
Food Service: Assist with serving food and drinks during the dinner portion of the event
Clean Up: Help with event teardown and cleanup
We are happy to provide community service hours for volunteers who need them. Please let us know in advance if you require documentation of your volunteer hours.
